Utah Site
An endless field of corn where the soil stays amply moist, rain is frequent, and crow activity is high centered around the Corn Man.
The Corn Man is a carnivorous predator native to the corn fields of Utah. It is a skittish creature that doesn't like to be seen. The corn man chooses a location with high crow activity and roots into the soil. He raises his arms and stands still, sometimes for days on end, and only reacts to the sensation of a crow landing to try and eat his corn. When the crow lands, the entity snaps it up in an instant, wrapping it's long, tendril-like arms around the crow and shoves it directly into the mouth on the entity's abdomen.
The corn man has never been observed drinking water, and is thought to obtain hydration via it's root system.
Local farmers regard the corn men favorably, attempting to garner favor with them and attract them into their own fields.
Teenagers and other locals who caught site of the corn men were frightened of and reported these sightings to police, news agencies, and government agencies to no avail.
It wasn't until these fearful reports reached the ears of Johnathan Wallace that these frightening entities were finally dealt with.
The Corn Man has no specialized containment procedures, and seems content in containment.
Has also been known to eat field mice and other pests.
